SUBJECT : Map Command Environment Space
DATE : 6/25/90
OS VERSION :
REVISION :
SHELL VERSION :
PROBLEM : A customer reported that sometimes he would login, try
to map a drive, and it would give him:
The following drive mapping operation could not be completed. "S1:=SYS:"
Other times he could reboot the machine and it would work just fine.
SOLUTION : It may be caused by running out of environment space.
This particularly happens with DOS v3.2 and v3.3. Use the DOS SHELL command in
CONFIG.SYS to increase the amount of environment space.
